For over 15 years we have been helping to make our clients’ dreams a reality. Having trained at some of the world’s most exclusive hotels, luxury and highly-personalised service are in our DNA. We are a close-knit team of ten, working with handpicked suppliers from around the world. We only ever work with a small number of clients, ensuring we offer you the very best service possible. We are fluent in a number of languages including English, French, Flemish, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.

Jane Caujolle

Swiss born Jane studied at Lycée Français Charles de Gaulle in London and Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland. She trained under Gordon Ramsay, where she organised private events and was an integral part of the growth of the company. In 2009 she began work for a private client managing his personal affairs, staff, and European portfolio of estates, including properties in London, Paris, Mykonos and Geneva. In 2013, with increasing demand from her client’s networks to take on more clientele, she founded Townhouse Concierge. She now heads up a team of nine handpicked experts, offering the very best in luxury concierge services.

Hana Gilchrist

Born in the US and raised in Europe, Hana completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame, before embarking on a career in luxury hospitality. She trained at 5* hotels in New York, before completing her master’s degree at the prestigious Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne in Switzerland. In London, she continued honing her expertise, working at luxury hotels such as The Lanesborough and Mandarin Oriental, before joining Townhouse Concierge in 2016. With laser-sharp focus on guest services, and organisational skills that are second-to-none, Hana has played a pivotal role in the growth of our service. She also oversees our team of account managers and assistants, ensuring clients needs are always expertly met.
